Digital Products

All products sold on this site are digital downloads. Upon successful purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use. Files are DRM-free for your convenience, but redistribution, resale, or public sharing is prohibited.

Accounts & Orders

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information so we can deliver your downloads and respond to support requests.

Pricing & Payment Terms

Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at checkout at the time of purchase. Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards (including Visa and Mastercard), processed securely through the encrypted payment form on this website. By providing payment details, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method. VIP Book Club membership is an optional, separate purchase billed at a flat $29.99 per month, renewing automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time on our Cancel Membership page; cancellation stops future renewals and does not refund the current billing period. Refunds are handled as described in our Refund & Return Policy.

VIP Membership

VIP Membership and VIP Collection access are subject to the terms described on the membership product page and our Membership Cancellation policy. Membership is never added to an order automatically — it is only purchased when you explicitly choose it.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including ebook files, text, covers, graphics, logos, and the HollisBooks name — is the property of HollisBooks or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to read and keep your downloads. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, upload, share, or create derivative works from our content, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent.

Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use this site lawfully and respectfully. You may not: (a) redistribute, resell, or publicly share purchased files or your account access; (b) use stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods; (c) attempt to bypass security, scrape, or interfere with the site or its systems; (d) use our content for any unlawful, misleading, or infringing purpose; or (e) impersonate another person or provide false information. Violations may result in immediate termination of your access and membership without refund, and we may report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities and pursue available legal remedies.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HollisBooks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Our content is provided "as is" for general informational purposes and is not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern, contact us first at finance.hollisbooks@hollisbooks.com or email so we can try to resolve it informally. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally within 30 days, you and HollisBooks agree that the dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than in court, and you waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. You may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any proceeding not subject to arbitration will take place in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
